When I'm not working on Adela Mei or styling shoots, I also like to write. I used to write frequently when I was an editor at StyleBistro, but it's only recently that I've dusted off my writing boots again. I mostly cover fashion and style (my faves!). My most recent articles have been about petite style for Bomb Petite. Check them out here: Petite Style and The Perils of Looking Cute / Petite Style Rules to Break - Right Now.
I recently worked on a project for Lumo Body Tech and their Lumo Lift posture and activity tracker. I used a mix of designer and high street fashion to help showcase their product and give it an elegant, upscale look. Brands used include Thakoon, Alexander Wang, Maison Martin Margiela, Stella McCartney, VPL and Zara. The shoot turned out great and I had so much fun working with the team. The product is really cool, highly recommend you check it out!
It's been a busy past few months full of work, weddings, traveling and of course, fashion. My latest project, the Adela Mei fall lookbook, launched today and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's moody, dark and oh so lovely. Working with my uber talented friends photographer RC Rivera and makeup artist Victoria Toda is always fun - we're goof balls on set - and our fantastic model Alexzandria Jade is such a lively and gorgeous gal who makes our shoot go so smoothly. Check it out, I'm really proud of it!
